Instead
The following project was part of a semester-long, group project for the senior Magazine Workshop course at Boston University. I worked with six other group members to create Instead, an alternative culture magazine. We created a full first issue, for which I wrote several stories as well as front of the book and back of the book spreads. I used Adobe QuarkXPress as well as Photoshop to design spreads for the two articles. In addition, I was one of the two copy-editors of the magazine, overseeing and editing the final product. The parts I worked on are included below.
